Phase 1 Product Proof was completed on 4 September 2026. The service is operating; Phase 2 is testing whether the customer and repair-partner model can work repeatably at commercial scale.

What Phase 2 is testing

AI Diagnostic Systems was founded by Tom Hamilton after more than 20 years operating Help Computer Centre. That separate, established business gave him direct experience of the questions customers ask, the issues they can resolve themselves and the cases that need a professional engineer.
That practical understanding shaped JOE, the emphasis on safe guidance and the handoff to independent repair businesses.
