Diagnose
Understand symptoms and useful evidence.
AI Diagnostic Systems is building intelligent diagnostic and repair infrastructure for consumer technology — starting with helpmypc.ai.
Generic search and AI can suggest technical fixes, but real-world problems often cross a boundary where remote guidance is no longer appropriate. Hardware faults, data risk and physical inspection still require human expertise. AI Diagnostic Systems is building across that boundary.
Understand symptoms and useful evidence.
Guide appropriate remote fixes.
Know when software support should stop.
Structure the case for human intervention.
Connect with suitable real-world expertise.
Outcome evidence can inform future product improvement.
AI Diagnostic Systems connects practical repair experience, the first live platform and a broader future vision.
Founder Tom Hamilton established Help Computer Centre at 24 and has spent more than two decades dealing directly with real computer faults, real customers and the realities of running an independent technology business.
Decades of real-world support conversations created the insight behind what came next.
Visit Help Computer Centre ↗helpmypc.ai is the first AI Diagnostic Systems platform: a free AI-powered computer technician designed to diagnose problems, guide suitable fixes and recognise when hands-on repair is needed.
It connects AI support with a real repair pathway rather than ending at advice.
Visit helpmypc.ai ↗Personal computers are the first vertical because that is where the founder has deep domain expertise and where the model can be proven properly.
The future platform vision is to explore how the diagnostic and fulfilment model could extend across broader consumer technology. FixMyTech.ai is not a live service.
helpmypc.ai provides conversational computer diagnosis, guided troubleshooting, My PC Health device context where enabled, and an appropriate route to repair when hands-on work is needed.

Tom has spent more than 25 years working across computer support, repair, retail and technology services.
He founded Help Computer Centre in 2004 at the age of 24 and built it into one of Northern Ireland’s longest-running independent computer repair and sales businesses.
